Company History
The owners of this Limited Liability Company have over 100 combined years of experience in the real estate development and construction industries. This experience consists of residential, commercial, and multi-family housing development, ownership and construction. Triple S Development, LLC provides hands on construction knowledge including total site development, all phases of concrete construction and single family homes.
Triple S Development, LLC originated when a family decided that they wanted to create something more than just buildings. Using unique ideas, team work, and compassion, we hope that our work will inspire others to reach their ambition.
Office Team
Patricia L. Keller has been in the construction field for over 40 years, she is currently a co-owner on six tax credit properties. She has performed project and cost accounting, as well as tax credit applications and financial budgeting. Her well rounded work ethic proves forthcoming, as her ambitions continue to lead effectively. She has been integral and consistent with the management and oversight of rental housing properties, and also holds her Indiana Independent Real Estate Brokers License.
Stan R. Keller Sr. has been a co-owner of numerous affordable housing apartment projects. His prior ownership and previous participation in General Partner entities in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program includes the successful development, completion and operation of approximately (400) apartments units contained in (15) apartments projects in the State of Indiana. His experience in the construction of multi-family residential apartment projects as a prime General Contractor and/or Sub Contractor includes the successful completion of numerous projects. He has been involved in an ownership capacity in the real estate development and construction industry since 1968.
Stan R. Keller Jr. is a co-owner on six tax credit properties. He has excelled in the Project Development profession throughout the founding of Triple S Development, LLC in 2003. He has dedication that has proved itself with the successful development, and completion of over (40) projects. He has been an intriguing force in the construction field for over 25 years. His knowledge and experience in all phases of construction has equipped us with proficiency needed to be efficient. Stan’s unique creativity continually inspires, and adds vigor to projects that we develop. With his sort of creativeness we can constantly grow and inspire future possibilities.
Tina L. Wigmore is our Managing Director. She has coordinated and concluded multiple Affordable Housing Projects in the past six years. She has comprehensive knowledge in the LIHTC Program, as well as carrying out two Section-1602 Funded Projects in 2010.Tina has been a steadily committed member of the Triple S Development Team since its founding in 2003. She works directly with, and oversees the consistent dealings with all our Customers, Vendors, Investors, Syndicators, Asset Managers, Bankers, Management Company, and CPA’s, maintaining enjoyable delicate business relationships.
