      • Lilac Lane Apartments, consist of (32) duplex style units contained in (16) buildings. This development includes an onsite office, laundry, community and maintenance building with common area restroom facilities. The low density, (6.04 units per acre), provides a single family housing atmosphere in a rental development unique to the area.
      • The apartments consist of (8) one bedroom units, (12) two bedroom units, (8) three bedroom units and (4) four bedroom units. (4) Units, 12.5% are rented at 30% AMI households, (7) units, 21.9% are rented at 40% AMI households, (16) units, 50.0% are rented at 50% AMI households, (5) units, 15.6% are rented at market rate. The mixture of units and household incomes helps to create a diversified household and family portfolio throughout the development.
