Triple S Development, LLC originated when a family decided that they wanted to create something more than just buildings. Using unique ideas, team work, and compassion we hope that our work will inspire others to reach their own opportunities.

Cherry Tree Court Apartments

Cherry Tree Court Apartments, consists of (78) duplex style units contained in (39) buildings. A Community Building, with community area including kitchenette area, library area, and coin operated laundry facility; site management office and maintenance are also located on site.

Daisy Meadow Apartments

Daisy Meadow Apartments, will consist of (60) duplex style units contained in (30) buildings. This development will include an onsite office, laundry, community and maintenance building with common area restroom facilities.

Lilac Lane Apartments

Lilac Lane Apartments, consist of (32) duplex style units contained in (16) buildings. This development includes an onsite office, laundry, community and maintenance building with common area restroom facilities.

Redbud Village Apartments

Redbud Village Apartments, will consist of (48) duplex style units contained in (24) buildings. This development will include an onsite office, laundry, community and maintenance building with common area restroom facilities.

Trail Ridge Apartments Phase I

Trail Ridge Apartments, consist of (40) duplex style units contained in (20) buildings. A Community Building, with community area including cable ready television and kitchenette area, library area, computer center with computer equipment and internet access, coin operated laundry facility, site management office and maintenance areas will also be located on site.

Trail Ridge Apartments Phase II

Trail Ridge Apartments II, consist of (28) duplex style units contained in (14) buildings. This development is a second phase to Trail Ridge Apartments (Phase I) which is located directly west and adjacent to the Phase I development. The second phase utilizes and shares some of the amenities available at the Phase I development due to its immediate proximity.
